It looks like this is actually a Google phone number from which text messages are forwarded from a user's Google Voice to the user's cell phone. The actual phone number that the text is from is displayed in the header of the text message sent to that cell phone.

Caller 415 662 8387So I received this from a guy with an Indian accent I was told that I have committed tax fraud and that I will be arrested on Monday being that today is Friday. The funny thing is that they plan on arresting. Me at my old address from 3 years ago and I moved out of state. I freaked out so I called irs who confirmed that there was no case against me and that they are aware of scams going on especially with 415 area code numbers. I called them back and reaped them a new one. The Indian guy just said okay and I hung up

Diane called, offering to clean my carpets...these are robocalls. I have held for the live person and been hung up on when I requested that my number be removed from their database. I have called back and pressed 1 to be removed from the database. My number is on the Do Not Call Registry. This person/company is in flagrant violation of the Do Not Call Act.

SCAM - Anna called saying she was with the IRS and that I owed 3,928 today by 3:00 or the sheriff would be here tomorrow to arrest me.She instructed me to go to CVS and purchase a green dot money pack in increments of 500.00 and to tell them it was to reload a pre-paid card. Obvious scam the IRS would instruct someone to pay their tax liability as a card reload.I don't owe the IRS and the place sounds like a total boiler room with about 100 barely English speaking scammers hammering out calls.DONT BE FOOLED

BOGUS Supposed IRS case against me for almost 4,000 that I was supposed to go to CVS today and pay off using pre-paid phone card if.Don't be fooled.
